Bluestone Recruitment are urgently looking for Senior and Junior field inspector from the South East and Western suburbs to inspect and rectify homes installed with bulk insulation.
 
To ensure you are a good fit, the following is essential for the role of a Senior Inspector:

• 2+ years building trade experience in any of the following areas - carpentry, plumbing, roofing, electrical, air-conditioning, alarm installation, fire services or insulation.  
  
• Workcover OH&S General Induction Card for Construction Work in Victoria (Red & white cards)  
  
• Level 2 First Aid certificate  
  
• A keen eye for detail with clear writing skills and accuracy with paperwork  
  
• Integrity and honesty is paramount as you will be working in people's homes  
  
• Your own vehicle and the ability to securely store a ladder and other tools with in it.  
  
• Able to work flexible and often changing hours  
  
• Able to travel and work collaboratively with an Inspector that you will supervise on all assignments  
  
• Able to continually climb into roof spaces  
  
• No allergies to any building products including insulation  
  
• Able to travel to North Melbourne head office at start of shift and then to work in areas close to your home  
  
• Able to submit a Police Clearance citing NO criminal history  
  

 
To ensure you are a good fit, the following is essential for the role of a Junior Inspector: 

• 6+ months building experience in any of the following areas - carpentry, plumbing, roofing, electrical, air-conditioning, alarm installation, fire services or insulation.  
  
• Your own reliable transport to travel and park each day at the North Melbourne head office  
  
• Plus everything else listed directly above for Senior Inspector except the need to store a ladder and tools within your vehicle as you will travel each day with a Senior Inspector  
  

 
For both roles of Senior and Junior Inspector tops and Jackets along with PPE are supplied and you will be paid as an ongoing casual under the following pay rates;

• The pay rate for Senior Inspector is $28.00 per hour + superannuation + reimbursement for any SMS and phone calls made to the company  
  
• The pay rate for Junior inspector is $25.00 per hour + everything as listed directly above for Senior Inspector
