Our clients is experiencing sustained growth, and as such is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced office al-rounder to join and run their office and front of house, to provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients, whilst maintaining an efficient office. Key responsibilities of the position include: - Maintain client database
- Management of the Debtors file
- General accounts assistance, invoicing, AP, AR using MYOB EXO
- Written, phone and email correspondence to clients
- Provide sales support to on-road sales team
- General administrative duties
- General Reception duties
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following: - Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar environment
- Great phone manner
- Experience with MYOB EXO and MS Office suite
- Available to commence immediately
This is an ongoing Temp role with a great hourly rate .
