We are on the hunt for customer focused Telemarketers and Sales Associates to join their energetic team.

Main duties will include:
- Both outbound and inbound calling
- Quoting customers on insurance premiums (life, funeral etc)
- Follow-up calling and overcoming objections
- Meeting expected KPI's including sales and conversions
- Managing customer portfolios
To be successful you will have:
- Previous sales experience and a passion for customer service
- Experience in either telemarketing, retail, B2B, door-to-door
- A target driven nature
- A positive can-do-attitude
- Strong computer skills and clear communication skills
- Availability to work shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
