Main duties will include: 
 

• Both inbound and out bound calls  
  
• Providing competitive insurance quotes / premiums (health, life, income, funeral etc)  
  
• Delivering a consultative approach to customers  
  
• Meeting expected KPI's including confirmed sales and conversions  
  
• Managing customer portfolios  
  

 
To be successful you will have: 
 

• Previous sales experience and a passion for customer service  
  
• A consultative approach  
  
• Experience in either sales, telemarketing, telesales, retail sales, door-to-door sales etc  
  
• A positive and motivated can-do-attitude  
  
• Ability to work to targets and computer literacy  
  
• Clear communication  
  
• Availability to work shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
