Your Duties Will Include:

• Database management;
• Pre-sales and marketing activities;
• Working directly with the Business Development Manager (BDM), providing support on business opportunities within NSW:
• Identifying leads for new business opportunities with NSW clients;
• Appointment setting;
• Ad-hoc tasks for BDM;

Key Selection Criteria:

• Friendly and warm personality, with the ability to develop relationships with colleagues and clients alike;
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills;
• Ability to research using Internet Explorer;
• Superior communication skills;
• Professional and polite telephone manner;
• Attention to detail;
• Time management;
• Goal and task orientated;

Eligibility Criteria:

·      NOT completed any qualification above a Certificate II;

·      Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand Citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months.
