QBE has recently been appointed to manage one of three Workers Compensation Portfolios for the NSW Governments Treasury Managed Fund, due to this substantial business growth, we are seeking Fast Track Officers to work in Parramatta As a Fast Track Officer at QBE your role is to develop, implement and monitor co-ordinated case management strategies on high volume low impact claims. You will be responsible for the swift resolution of a portfolio of these claims, and provide timely and accurate claims processing support to the business enabling the delivery of high quality case management services to stakeholders. As an integral part of this role you will develop strategic relationships with injured workers, Government Agencies and health professionals. We seek candidates who have a compassionate and empathetic demeanour. You will have come from a Workers Compensation, allied health or strong customer service background with a can-do approach and the ability to foster strong relationships.
