Due to this exciting growth, they are currently recruiting a HR Advisor to support their Brisbane office.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be integral in providing expertise in the areas of recruitment, inductions for new employees, writing policies and procedures, internal communications, and employee relations. You will possess strong administration skills and be very systems savvy as this position will be supporting the HR function. While there will be an element of administration in the role, you will be called upon to provide generalist support and advice to multiple divisions within the organisation.

This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive and knowledgeable team whilst enjoying the ability to be autonomous and drive your areas of responsibility. To be successful you will have at least three years practical experience in human resources. Experience in SAP is desirable, however it is more important you are vibrant, resilient, diverse and mature in your approach.
