In this role, you will be conducting research and statistical and qualitative analysis of workforce data.

You will also:

• Be reviewing workforce information published by relevant organisations,
• Investigate and promote human resources best practice,
• Conduct collection, analysis and reporting of workforce data.

To be considered for this role:

• You must have previous experience in the provision of quality data analysis,
• A high level proficiency in using reporting and analytical tools in either SAP, Aurion, Cognos or Orion.

Knowledge of human resource and workforce finance in a large organisation would be beneficial, however are not mandatory.
