DFP Recruitment currently have two roles starting immediately working for a Government Department.

Both roles will be paid at the APS6 level and will be for 6 months with the possibility of an extension to 9 months

Role 1: People Research and Reporting Officer

This involves Processing and analysis of workforce and finance data across several reporting systems. You will provide information and reports to support executive decision making and manage stakeholder relationships.

Role 2: Workforce Analytics Officer

This role involves the above as well as research on best practice and implementing continual improvement.

For both of these roles you will need to be proficient in the following reporting systems. If you are not proficient in all of these systems you will need to be willing to learn them.
