As an EL 1 Team Leader , this role will allow you to expand your knowledge and skills of eBusiness, by improving the effectiveness of service delivery and by implementing key business initiatives. In addition you will also lead a small team and manage the planning process to implement improved services through Online Services.

You will:

  • lead a small team and manage the plannig process to implement improved services through Online Services
  • develop and maintain all relevant project documentation
  • develop and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders
  • provide reports and updates on a regular basis in relation to the project's progress
  • monitor workflow and support staff to achieve agreed outcomes within the agreed deadlines
