My client is one of ACTs largest Builder/developers with a turn over of $400million a year. Due to an influx of commercial projects between $20 - $50 Million they are currently seeking an experienced project manger to deliver one of two projects valued at $36Million or $42Milllion.
Ideally you will have
Tertiary qualified progressing through the ranks preferably from Contracts administrator to Project Manager
Experience working with a Mid Tier contractor in the Australian market
Ideally, experience running projects in excess of $10mil plus
Reasonable computer proficiency
Ability to meet deadlines, coordinate subcontractors, have good time management, have strong ability to display leadership on site whilst upholding the highest level of OH&S.
