We have an urgent requirement for a Workforce Manager to lead the workforce planning team and provide high quality systems and operational support for a contact centre of 140 FTE +. In this role, you will be required to receive and respond to queries from agents and line managers regarding rostering, payroll and leave allowances , provide advice regarding high capacity times, run weekly and ad hoc reports for FTE, call trends and volumes, and ensure appropriate resourcing is maintained at all times. To be successful for this role, you will have the following skills and experience: Experience in a call centre environment in long term forecasting and planning Experience in budgets, call requirements for financial year Real time management experience Excellent analysis of data and stats Customer and client focussed Strong leadership skills Adaptability and Flexibility Ideally experienced in Blue Pumpkin This role will not last long in the Brisbane market!
