It will provide a robust, cohesive enterprise information management environment that will improve data quality. Job Purpose: The Project Office Manager is expecting the successful applicant to help provide accurate, timely and consistent management of project co-ordination tasks, including general logistics and status reporting. Major Accountabilities of this position: - Ensure compliance to standard Project Governance and Methodology frameworks
- Track and report project financials
- Maintain and update the project schedule and control registers (for actions, issues, risks, dependencies, milestones and scope changes)
- Provide the necessary support in helping to prepare project performance reports, Steering Committee packs or funding approval submissions
- Provide support to the Project Managers in the setup, facilitation and follow-up for team meetings/program activities
- Provide administrative support to the project teams
- Manage and update program knowledge store (ie SharePoint and project shared drives).
Knowledge and experience required: - Three years business experience (Project Coordination)
- Must have experience in working in a medium - large organisation
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office tool suite, including Project
- Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator experience
- Financial services experience (desirable)
